@isaaclax, that is not something that the Fitbit Community of users can answer.  You will need to get in touch with Fitbit head office in San Francisco to discuss this.

Email them at resellers@fitbit.com to become a retail partner.

Not sure how big your distribution network is, but existing partners are the size of Target, Verizon and Walmart. Good luck.

If you're the size of one of the retailers I posted above, then yes, I think the odds are good.

If you are not the owner of a multi-million or billion dollar company, I'm not sure what Fitbit would get out of having you as a distributor. Fitbit maintains their own web site, has a store on Amazon, plus the major retailers mentioned. But you can email that address and find out for certain.
