My ionic gifs an update for mij fitbit OS 2.1

But is is not working in any way.

In the beginning there was a start. But bow  he continue to ask for bleu, fitbit nearby etc etc.

Nothngs help and nothing works 

 

and that is not the reason that I brought this watch!!!!

Are you saying that the Ionic is stuck showing an update bar? 

I'm not sure what device is used, does the update process just stop, or does it also give an error. 

Have you tried restarting both the tracker and the phone/computer .
