When I try and download a clock face. it says it needs wifi to work from the watch. The problem is that I cant get the watch to have a strong signal connection to my router. Even if I place the watch directly on the router. my phone connection to the router wifi signal is strong. the watch isn't. I cant seem to get it to work. I've rebooted the watch with no luck. Wifi with this watch has never seemed to work. It had to switch to Bluetooth even when I did the first setup of the watch.

@Musictrek Welcome to the Fitbit Community! What clock face are you trying to download? Is it a large one (size)?
Please do the following:
Then, let me know if any of these happens:
Alternatively, as you already restarted the watch, please plug it into the charging cable with a configured WiFi network present (your home, I guess), and try to download the clock face while your watch is plugged in.
Also, could you share a screen shot of the "it needs WiFi to work from the watch" message you are getting?
Keep me posted!
