Hi I have a Fitbit ionic purchased about a month ago and it seems to have a failure.
It's stuck on the home screen and restarting it has not fixed the problem.
I tried to do a factory reset by researching to fitbit community but methods have not worked by just pressing the buttons mentioned.
when home screen is displayed I try to tap on it and all it does is vibrate like I have to enter the pin but pin screen doesn't come up.
I need to find out how to wipe the data clean as I don't want my credit card info on there for tap and pay if I need to return it .

To remove your credit card info you just do it from the app. As I understand it there is no need to do anything from the watch. It does sound to me as if you need to contact Support (link in my signature)

yes I have removed it on the phone app but it came up with a notification box saying that the card is removed from my account but not the watch yet as it has no communication with it at this time .
I have also emailed support and just waiting their reply .
