DO NOT BUY Fitbit IONIC, there has been  a lot of issues. 

I have tried most of their products from surge flex 1 and 2, charge HR, blaze.

this is the worst one.

Had called customer support 3x for the same issues and I can't even get a replacement.

They want to fix the issues but apparently they haven't.

the flyer headphone is one bad product too.

 

I am not of those who just complains. I have wasted so much time to fix this issue.

correction. I am one of those who doesn't complain a lot and return stuff . 

If I haven't paid a big amt for this ionic I would just throw it away.
