fitbit won't let my phone connect to my vehicle

I have a 2017 Honda CRV that has had my phone paired to it in the past. Now that I have fitbit installed on my phone, my phone will not connect to my vehicle via bluetooth. I turned the bluetooth off and back on to see if it would connect, but it wouldn't. Anyone have the same issue?

I don't have the same issue in my car but then again it's not a CRV or Honda, sorry.

Is this a phone app issue? Or is the Ionic bluetooth causing interference (do you have Ionic (Classic) on and connected to the phone)? Have you tried connecting phone to car without the Ionic near them? Tried uninstalling the Fitbit phone app and connecting?

Curious. Have to try this with my Ford/Sync.

I’m another that doesn’t see any issues like this (with my cheap Bluetooth add on for the car...). All of the trackers I’ve used have co-operated quite happily with the cars I’ve used with Bluetooth (corporate hires mainly).

Have you tried leaving the Ionic at home to see what happens then?

I have a Jeep with the UConnect Bluetooth paired to my phone an my Garmin GPS, and I have 3 Fitbit devices paired to my phone, and have not seen any conflict with any of them.  After a hike, I can be in the Jeep with the phone connected to the UConnect and sync the Ionic without any problem.

2016 CR-V, exact same issue. If you'r is liel line, the phone isn't discoverable by the car and vise versa

My GMC Acadia does the same thing. I can't connect to my vehicle after syncing my fitbit versa.

I've since no longer had this problem since I upgraded my phone. I suspect there may be several standards of Bluetooth connectivity. The GMC and Fitbit might be able to handle multiple connections, but if it's an older phone, the phone might not be able to handle it.
