had to reinstall my Ionic, now I've lost 10 days worth of data

So, my Fitbit didn't sync to my phone, nor did it sync to my laptop. I looked up a couple of posts and saw I had to try to restart my Ionic, reboot my phone, turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on. No luck trying all of these steps. I removed the Ionic from the Fitbit app and added it again as a new device. However, the last time it synced was on June 5th. Now it's set up again, but now I've lost all data from June 5th up until today (June 15th). Is there any way to get the data back? I read that Ionic saves 7 days worth of data, so I thought it'd be worth a shot to try and get it back. I'm pretty bummed about losing the data because I didn't want to have to reinstall the Ionic, but since it wasn't syncing my data and nothing else worked, that was the only option I had left.

No unfortunately you cant. Once you set it up as a new device it gets rid of the old data and starts from setup. Anything you hadn't synced (couldn't sync) is gone. Sorry ☹
