where can I go to see my heart rate graph over time? I see a sleep schedule tracks on my dashboard but when I click on resting heart rate on the dashboard there is no additional data to look at. I want to see my heart rate by hour, day, month, year etc.

Hi @wheels965,

If you click on the heart tile in the app, it should show you daily charts going back for some time. If it's not, try restarting your phone and see if it shows up. If that doesn't work, you may want to uninstall and reinstall the app.

You can also view heart rate info at the web dashboard at www.fitbit.com. Under heart rate, you can select "daily" to get 24 hour charts. If you select 7 or 28 days, it will show you a graph of how much time was spent in each heart rate zone (fat burn, cardio, peak).

Responding to this statement.... You can also view heart rate info at the web dashboard at www.fitbit.com. Under heart rate, you can select "daily" to get 24 hour charts. If you select 7 or 28 days, it will show you a graph of how much time was spent in each heart rate zone (fat burn, cardio, peak).

Where is this located? I log in and on my dashboard the only thing I can find that has to deal with my heart rate is the one that shows resting heart rate graph and I do not see where you say under heart rate you can select daily...... I also try to click on this and nothing happens other then asking me if I want to remove this from my dashboard. I have no idea how to find heart rate information on my dashboard?

Under the web Dashboard, you should see something like this:

It's a separate section from the Resting Heart Rate.

You're correct about the 7 and 28 day views, I misunderstood your question. If you select the button Today over the HR tile in the Dashboard, you can go back days to view the HR charts on prior days. But you can only view one day at a time there.

ok I found that.... its weird because I can only get this data on the app on my phone. When I log into fitbit online it will not let me do that and only has my small tile showing my resting heart rate on the dashboard. I can not click on it and get to the screen like in the app. Any idea on why or how to get it to work online?
