heart rate stops functioning when watch is 60% charged

All works well for me until watch drops to less than 60% charged and then the heart rate function STOPS.  I have tried EVERYTHING in the articles and suggestions from the forum, but nothing works unless I charge the watch.  Then everything works until it drops to less than 60% charged again.

It's pretty weird that your Ionic isn't working when it goes below 60% of battery percentage. I've shared your post with my team and they've mentioned that you already have a case with them, please continue the communication through email, they will help you further.
