I have had a few problems with my Ionic and think that I have accidently deleted my ADIDAS Clockface during the factory default process. Is it possible to get it back via the fitbit app?

@NipC, if you open the Fitbit app->Ionic->Clock Faces->All Clocks->By Fitbit, does the clock face appear there?
