I noticed my workouts werent being logged on my phone so after a bit of google searching it suggested that i set up my watch as a new one so thats what i did and now all i have is a watch face and calculator...nothing else. I have no settings icon on watch and im unable to scroll to an activity workout coz its not there anymore. ive tried again to shut down and set up as new watch but same thing. Any body able to help???? I'm really frustrated now 😞

im sure someone here can help, but you may wish to give more info to help them resolve your problem, what phone you are using, wifi on , bluetooth on etc

Ah yes of course...its a fitbit ionic. bluetooth on my phone and it says its connected with my ionic but theres no icon on my ionic at the moment to see anything on my watch. wifi is connected. Literally all i hace on my ionic is my clock face which continues to log my steps. Im unable to swipe left to right (just bounces back). When i swipe right to left all i have is a calculator. If i press the lower right button to see my workout menu it just shows me the calculator icon again.

Sorry your having a problem! From what “I” can tell, this isn’t an Ionic problem. I know Fitbit is working to fix this quickly and we’ll get past this. Thanks!

Thanks for your reply message. Is it to do with the software re the new download? How long will it take to fix??? I use my watch to log everything and im very active....its killing me that its not performing to what its supposed to do. Is it worth going back to shop for an exchange? I only bought it in December.
