I'm trying to setup intervals of 30 workout, 45 rest.  the exercise shortcut is only in minutes...lowest value is 1 minutes.  I thought you could do seconds?

@smcMN, which Fitbit app are you using? The android app let's you set seconds and minutes separately.

I have windows ten. When I use the online interface, I found the seconds intervals I needed. The Fitbit app for windows 10 doesn’t have this option ☹

Yes that's an issue with the windows app.

thank you for responding to my question.  You've confirmed my suspicion.  I find that I can use the fitbit.com dashboard to set up the intervals, so the workaround for windows 10 is to use the online web interface to set up the intervals
