ionic active minutes don't match up with PC even after sync

My active Dashboard active minutes on my pc do NOT match what shows on my ionic, even after sync.  Way off... It feels like the ionic is accurate but the Fitbit dashboard is HIGHLY INFLATED.  How can I trust either one?

Ionic is tracking Zone Minutes; fitbit.com dashboard still shows older Active Minutes.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
