Hi I've had my ionic for 3 weeks now and just bought some Bluetooth headphones so I can listen to music with out having my phone with me,which is one of the main reasons I bought it.
BT synced with the head phones straight away worked great until I started running.
the music started breaking up,I thought the battery was flat so charged both tried again.
long story short the BT distance is rubbish to be exact about 50cm even when I put my watch behind my back it cuts out.
I've now tried 2 sent of head phones and 2 different speakers all the same.
any ideas

Hello,
There is clearly a fitbit problem with music skipping out while using bluetooth.
Many frustrated buyers have already reported this issue.
Do you guys read the boards?

Hi,
Thanks for that.
Ya I have tried all the solutions given by Fitbit. Unfortunately none work.
And if Fitbit is only testing their technology with Fitbit flyer headphones, they shouldn't advertise that all headphones will work.
Thanks again
