ionic fails to track my exercise ! 3 days now..........

so my ionic is supposed to track my walking every am automatically - as long as I'm 15 minutes or longer.  3 days ago it just stopped tracking that.  that same day, my ionic failed to note my sleep.  however, rebooting the watch did pick up the sleep...........but it still refuses to log my exercise!!!  rebooted it again this morning to no avail.  in settings it's told to automatically log this...........but it's refusing!

help help!!  is an apple watch lurking in my future???

A week ago my Ionic died so I bought a new one and the new one won’t auto track like my last one was doing. I think I have the settings right.....

Third thread about this very thing. Mine's never auto-tracked in two years (Blaze, Charge HR and Charge 2 all do).

Been having this issue...wondering if anyone else has had it and if there is a fix:

Ionic Watch

3 days in a row, I ran 50 to 70 minuteson the treadmill (nothing new there, have done this and it has always auto recognized the exercise).....it registers as the appropriate active minutes in that section, BUT suddenly isnt registering as having done any exercise in the exercise section.  In exercise it shows zero minutes if daily exercise, but 71 active minutes.

If I go to heartrate, you can CLEARLY see the elevated heartrate during my exercise time, so the HE monitor is working.

Anyone know why it wouldnt show up in the exercise section, but shows up in the active minutes and heart rate sections?

had a thought - new update a short while ago............maybe it's killed this function???  Mine was working slick prior to the update..........now several of us are not having items tracked like they used to.

I cringe when notified of an update - it always is such a problem to get it done........

apple heart watch anyone???
