ionic freezes and turns off after firmware update

Hey all, so since the firmware update I've had issues with my ionic freezing then turning off or just turning off on it own. This is a huge problem for me as I am a trainer and consistently use my watch to take HR or timing of clients. Can anyone help out here. I had no issues doing the update.
