ionic is not turning on

My lonic after battery drain is not turning on and I read post but how do you get it to start back up. 

Currently I trying to charge it but there is not indication that is charging. I tried to turn it on and no response.

Also I am trying to charge I am not sure if is charging. There is no indication since it turn off. look at the forums here how do you reset or start.
