I have had my Ionic for about 3 weeks. The first two times I charged it there was no problem. The third time I had some issues but managed to get it to charge, mainly by cleaning the ports. This time I am not getting any charge. I have cleaned the ports, reset the unit while its plugged into the computer 3 times, 5 minutes apart. I am down to 25%, might have to go back to my surge!! please help. PS: my husbands is about 2 weeks older than mine and no issues....

My Ionic is now at 0% with no help from anyone... Will need to send it back.. hate doing that but no one from Fitbit has responded. I have sent numerous messages. so disappointing.
