ionic not working since update

Since update my ionic has been completely off. My HR is random and all over the place...my sleep is not being recognized properly and is giving a total night sleep of 3 hours which is incorrect. It constantly glitches and reverts back to my passcode. Really not happy with update. Was much better before update.

maybe you can try factory reset and restarts or you can contact Fitbit support for help.
