ionic setup - connecting to tracker

i'm just spinning and spinning trying to restore my ionic.have lost all data but i'll start over again if need be. connecting to tracker connecting to tracker

Oh my @jdadddd you say it is spinning, but at what step of the setup process is this. 

I'm going to assume that the  spinning is not on the Ionic, but I don't. See any mention of what device this spinning is on? 

On Android I would Kill the Fitbit App, open the app and try again

it's the fitbit app on my iphone

I'd like to get my sleep results back as well.

Or you trying to set the Ionic up like the title says?

Mentioning that you want to get sleep back it makes me think that the tracker has already been setup and it is a sync problem. If this is the case I hope that the tracker was not removed from the app  

Once the tracker syncs Fitbit will be able to determine your sleep.
