ionic won't charge!!!

2 days ago my ionic fitbit went dead after being charged the night before and showing it had an almost full battery only an hour before. Now I can't charge it at all. I have tried to reset but get no response. I have tried all the tips and checked the charger port on the back. I have tried changing the cable, the USB socket, charging it off the computer but all to no avail. Please can someone help with this as very frustrating to have the top line tracker you offer and not have it working.

I had the same problem - at about the same time. I have now (finally) got the screen back on and it says it is charging (bar in top left corner is flashing) but it is not retaining any charge and as soon as I take it off the charging cable it just dies again.
