My watch stopped syncing with the app and getting text/call notifications last week so I tried to unconnect my ionic and then reconnect it to the Fitbit app but I only ever get to “connecting to tracker” and nothing ever happens past that. I have tried deleting and redownloading the app, signing out and back in and forgetting the device on my iPhones Bluetooth but nothing has worked. What can I do to connect my watch back up?

Try turning your phone or bluetooth on and off again.

I am having the exact same problems. What should I do?

One thing I found is that if my phone isn’t running the most current IOS sometimes my Versa won’t sync. If you have tried everything else, make sure your operating system is up to date.
