ionic won't sync with phone and has now completely disappeared from my bluetooth

My time is off on my ionic. I have tried all the help items available. I have restarted my ionic. Taken it off bluetooth and back on. Uninstall my fitbit app. Nothing works to sync my ionic with my phone. 

Any suggestions??

What OS would help a lot!

If Android go Settings>Apps & notifications>hit Fitbit and FORCE STOP. Back out, and hit the Fitbit app again, and attempt a sync a few (several) times. Still no luck "rinse and repeat".

 

If on iOS - No idea sorry.

 

Bluetooth issues. Restart your phone and attempt to pair a new device.
