I can't my ionic to turn on after shutting it down. I tried all the suggestions listed here and still no solution.

@kokorae try pressing and holding the left button of your Ionic in until you see the Fitbit emblem appear your Ionic will then initiate the boot sequence and you should then be OK from there.

@kokorae I would pop it back on the charger for a bit then try a reboot by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons together I until the Fitbit emblem appears. If this does not help you should contact customer support for further assistance.

Mine won’t turn on since I did the update 😫
resetting it won’t work and it has been plugged in for over an hour.

@kokorae @Kchung mines been updated and running the latest firmware. You both need to contact customer support so they can assist you further.

I guess there’s a post with a similar occurrence this past Apri with screen issues after doing their update
