fully charged up my ionic during yesterday evening. overnight it had turned off and having read online i did a reboot. it returned to yesterdays data and i synced it and normality appeared to have returned and it has been fine all day. now evening arrived it has gone off again and now wont restart. i have followed reboot and factory settings and neither has had a response. it still wont turn on. during this time i have it plugged in to make sure it is not a power issue and still no response. it appears to be completely dead. what do i do now?
