My fit bit won't charge - I've tried all fixes on this board I believe

Cant turn off as battery out of  charge - bummer

I've had the exclamation mark / triangle - reset still not charging - bummer

I've now got the fitbit icon with all the different languages scrolling & the battery (red) in the top Left hand corner of the screen that looks like its charging but 2 days later no charge - bummer

This is the first fitbit i've owned & I loved it until now (very, very, very frustrated)

Contact their support number or chat. Assuming you are not out of warranty you may get a replacement after they ask you to try all this stuff again. Support here won't really help, they just forward you to those guys anyways so contacting support is faster.
