After a morning surf it won't turn on .
reset won't work, charging it and reset won't work either.
utter disappointment ...had it for 3 days.

Sorry to hear that. As I understand it, the Ionic can handle a swim indoors or out, but things like diving, snorkeling and surfing are beyond what it's rated at in terms of handling the pressure of water. Someone correct me if I'm wrong on that.

Wow, I didn't realize that about the surfer picture.
I would try contacting Fitbit Support and see what they say.
