What startup screen do you get? 

Is it the screen with Fitbit.com/setup

yes that screen, (set up) but it doesn't flash or move solid white design

another problem is the heart monitor stopped work and wont send info to my phone anymore

that is why i tried to do a reset and know wont do anything

this will be the third issue this past 10 days i paid for a warranty maybe i should use it
