My fitbit sure had enough and so I went out and bought a fitbit ionic today. However, in getting it home I noticed I could not turn it on. No biggie. I figure it is because it needs charging so I plug it into my computer. Nothing. I look at the ionic screen thinking I will see the symbol that shows it is charging; nothing. My beautiful ionic screen is black. So I move it around to another port; nothing. I adjust over and over again the charging chord thinking it isn't in right; it is and still nothing. So I google how to turn it on - try it and get nothing. I google how to turn it off - wth it is pitch black so how can I turn it off? Uggggh. I figure it needs to be plugged in for a bit but I plug it in and see no charging, no face, nothing so how do I know it is charging? I spent a lot of money on this watch and I am a wee bit pissed.
