Hello Fitbit community
My playlists in itunes dont display as options to sync for my watch. Yes, I have reviewed the path to make sure it is consistant in both itunes and the app. Yes, I have updated the latest filmware version for the ionic. Yes, I have spent multiple hours on the phone with fitbit personnel who frankly are less qualifed than I am to work on a help desk. Yes, I have had tickets created by fit bit with promises to get a call back and support.
Although I want to like this watch, I am underwhelmed by the support offered by fitbit and expect a tad bit more when spending $400 for a watch. Fitbit please get your act together or just refund me for my frustrations and the watch the last month. This thing is not ready for prime time yet they keep selling new watches.. Why?

I've checked with our Support team and as you mentioned they are already working on your case. At the moment, the best option is to keep your communication via email as they can keep providing you with more troubleshoot and investigate why you're experiencing this.
