It's really annoying when you can't fully experience Ionic features. Receiving illegible messages and notifications as questions marks is no fun.

 

I believe getting the Ionic able to read different languages is more helpful for most users than downloading some unuseful apps. Perhaps it could be an optional patch that can be downloaded for each language to save space, and everyone will be happy. 

 

Please take this issue seriously; I've seen posts asking and arguing for the same problem for years.

Fitbit should support this as the 1st priority. I'm in Thailand when my friends and people asking me about fitbit ionic, I said it's good but it has not supported Thai/international language yet and then I have to recommend Garmin to them because I'm afraid that they will be disappointed because of this issue.
