Hallo!
I have a problem with the "Music controls screen" on my Ionic watch. It shows "start play music on your phone"-message _BUT_ there is music already playing on my phone.
Some kind of syncing problem. A bug i guess?
I followed the steps on; https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1976#phone
- Did not help.
I checked the Supported Devices on; https://www.fitbit.com/devices#xperia_z1_compact
- My device supports this feature.
Then i found this weird thing om my Ionic...
If i change the "music-source" from "Phone->Clock->Phone" then Ionic is showing my current playing song on the "Music controls screen".
But if i change to the next song it will still show the old song. And if i leave this view and go back it will again show the "start play music on your phone"-message...
I hope the Fitbit developers is gonna fix this bug. Or I have to leave my clock back to the store.
What i am using at the moment;
Phone: Sony Xperia Z1 Compact (Android 8.0.0)
Ionic version: 27.32.10.20
Fitbit App version: 2.82
When I google this thing it seems like I am not alone. Or am I missing something?

Hello @skullfist
Let's open the phones Bluetooth settings and check the status of the ionic Classic. It should be set as connected as an input device.
I find a restart of the phone has helped me.
I have also found that if the phone is connected to a Bluetooth speaker then the watch will not control the phones audio. It has been reported that the firmware being rolled out has fixed this.
Sorry I have no real help, just mentioning what has worked for me.
