Did you mean:

"Transfer interrupted because your Ionic disconnected."

I've been trying for days now to sync a single episode of a podcast to my Ionic. I've tried rebooting both my computer and watch beforehand. I'm able to start the transfer, but after about 30 seconds or so, the watch loses its connection. In the app, I get this warning:

"Transfer interrupted because your ionic disconnected."

Obviously this is incredibly frustrating. What do I do to be able to get this thing to sync?

If you are on a PC, I seriously recommend trying the Fitbit program instead of the Windows 10 Fitbit app.  The program transferred my 2 gb of music without ever losing the connection once started.  See the first post in the pinned thread about transferring music for the link to the Windows program.

I'm on Windows 10 and when I try to select Ionic in Fitbit Connect, it tells me that I must download the app from the Windows Store. Am I possibly using the wrong one?

Edit: I stand corrected. I'm able to get to the point of syncing, but then it tells me that my "Wireless Sync Dongle is Disconnected." To my knowledge, the Ionic did not come with a dongle of any sort?

Likely.  Did you download using the link in that thread?

Yeah, see edit. I'm using the right app, but I'm getting a warning about a wireless sync dongle being disconnected.

Does this mean I'll need to buy an additional dongle in order to use my Ionic?
