Hi, on either my iPhone 6 app (which is up to date) or my windows 10 app (which is up to date) when I try to sync I get the message "Trouble connecting to fitbit.com". my iPhone is running on it's current software too. I have had lengthy emails with FitBit and they are sending me a new device but I want my data, I haven't been able to sync in three weeks.
I know my Ionic is on an old version, 27.33.1.30, but i haven't been asked to update it. I have been advised to "replace" the Ionic in the app i.e. just override it but it can't complete the setup. I enter the four digit code and then it has "Trouble connecting to fitbit.com"
any thoughts?

Is it possible to sync directly to fitbit.com? Through the dashboard possibly?
ive also noticed that under IP Address on my watch the WiFi is off, would that be causing problems? The WiFi works for my laptop and iPhone, but the fitbit app on my phone cannot find it
