I've had my Ionic for a few months now and overall I really like it but the weights setting is frustrating me. Every workout usually lasts an hour or just slightly longer and it will log around 7-800 calories per workout. The workouts are generally pretty tough but I don't think that I'm burning anywhere near that amount. Is there a better setting or a fix for this? Thanks for any help.

Weights are hard. But you stop a lot to rest. I think your calories burn is right on. Maybe even a little high
You burn more calories on cardio than weights even tho weights are harder. Its not Cardio

Thanks for the reply. From what I've read on multiple sources a 185 pound man will burn under 300 calories per hour lifting weights. I'm 6'7" and weigh 230 pounds. I would expect to burn a little more based on weight but not 2.5 times more.
