After just updating my Ionic, I no longer see the resting heart rate under the BPM.  Where is it now?

Thank you!!! It works. But can you also tell me under the BPM there's a
box that says "SETTINGS". When I tap on the box, I see Inspiration and
under that Tips. I tick both of them, but nothing happens?

Thank you again!!!

Elaine, I haven't been able to figure what those two items are for either.  After the current pace around here eases off, I intend to try and find out.  I was hoping some Moderator or other Fitbit person might answer someone else but so far its just you and me.

I see the two new resting heart rate screens. I don’t understand the red block graph under the average screen. Can someone explain it to me? Thanks.

That's another thing I haven't learned yet either.

where in the iconic manual does it refer to the red boxes in the average resting heart rate?

@Citadelmum, on Page 34 of the Ionic Product Manual:

See your stats
From the clock face, swipe up to see Fitbit Today, which shows your daily tips and tracks these stats:
* Core stats: steps taken today, calories burned, distance covered, floors climbed, and active minutes
* Hourly activity: steps taken this hour and the number of hours you met your hourly activity goal
* Heart rate: current heart rate and average resting heart rate over the past 7 days
* Exercise: up to 3 of your most recently tracked exercises over the past 7 days
(if you have no tracked exercises over the past 7 days, this tile won't appear)

I don't know where in the manual. I just know to see them, on your clock
face swipe up to see "today", then go to BPM and swipe right and you'll see
the red boxes and you resting BPM.

I hope this helps.

You didn't really answer the question.. What does the red blocks mean? Is dark red the worst or is the pink the worst? Why do I need red boxes to tell me my average resting rate when I can just use my app on my phone? See what I mean?

@Randomuserr, the bars indicate the relativity of the RHR for each of the 7 days shown. Above the bars is the average for those 7 days, and the bars change height for the RHR for that day.  In my case, the RHR never changes by more than 1 point from day to day, so it is very difficult to see the change in height from day to day.

Thank you for the information- my rate doesn't change much so that is why I see little to no variance in the bar graph.
