screen no longer switches on when the wrist is rotated

the screen does not turn on when the wrist is rotated as before.
I think I got a new firmware with a mistake. Can this be solved

push the button on the left side of your ionic to access the screen wake. Make sure it says auto instead of manual. Also, my notifications had also shut off. Simply touch “screen wake” to switch from auto to manual or vise versa.

exactly where is this ?  I have the same problem and have tried all my dashboards (iphone and computer) to no avail.  I push the left button and the screen activates, no manual/auto seen. I went to the settings and again the suggested things are not there.
