A warm welcome to the Community @jefter! I've moved your post to this board as it was on the Spanish forum. I appreciate the troubleshoot you've performed. I would like you to try the following:
- Try sleeping with your Ionic on your non-dominant hand
- If it's still not showing, you can manually log it
