I missed the email asking for feedback. The deadline for a response past. So now I can't use sleep score?

Log into your beta.fitbit.com account you will see a link to send feedback. I did not get an email asking for feedback either

I've received two emails so far during the Sleep Score beta effort asking me to answer some survey questions. They came from "Fitbit User Research" from an actual email address of noreply@qemailserver...
I do not have an account on beta.fitbit.com.

Is your device recording detailed sleep levels?
I've had updates daily on the Sleep Score Beta

Yes, I get the regular sleep data on the dashboard, but not on sleep score beta.

Not sure what else to check. There's no contact link/email on the beta page; so not sure if contacting normal Fitbit support would provide any relief.

I just performed a CTRL-F (find on page) for beta@fitbit.com on the following links and did not find indication that the email you reference should be used with regard to Sleep Score feedback:
https://www.fitbit.com/labs/sleep-score
https://blog.fitbit.com/fitbit-labs/
I did, however, find a link to provide feedback for labs:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSedgqSS0_Sb6vDLjWWnNsN8jjj8liCxgcXFjMfABGiMxKL61A/viewform
This looks like a place to provide direct feedback (to include bugs) for any of the labs including the Sleep Score Beta. This feedback link is present on:
