trouble after latest update 19/05/2020 for my ionic

This seems to be a common complaint, yet again this updating seem to make more trouble, now ionic does not track steps or heart rate or time any longer, tried all the usual suggestions, still nothing works,very frustrating as everything was fine before the update. Has Fitbit sorted that out yet ?

The developers are really doing a crap job. There is a new firmware but when we will get it who knows.
