I have the iconic and can't download new firmware update plus it has not syc in about 8 day. tried all the tips under help

 

anyone had this problem?? I am using a galaxy 5 phone, keep giving me bluetooth is busy

Make sure you’re in WiFi range and try toggling Bluetooth on and off.
