unable ro add RABO debitcard to Fitbit Wallet

Hi, I tried to add my debit card to the wallet, but my bank app fives me a 19 digit card id. As I can enter only 16 digits in the Fitbit app, the card is not accepted. is this a generic problem or am I doing something wrong?

@AdKouwenberg   This is just an observation.  You 19 digit code looks like the equivalent of a 16 digit account number plus the 3 digit security code.  I think you should contact Rabobank and ask for guidance on what part of your 19 digits is the 16 digits you need.
