unable to login to fitbit connect to update my music

need help i am unable to login to my fitbit connect to update my music (manage my music). when i enter my email and password i get message "AN UNKNOWN ERROR HAS OCCURED" i am sure that i have entered correct email and password,

An unknown error usually is not because of a password or login error @jengmusa 

May I ask what type of PC?
