Since doing the update last week am unable to just have the manual setting for clockface, hence in bed it lights up every time I move and is keeping me awake
There used to be a manual setting on the settings but I cannot find it anymore
As a menopausal female with sleep issues this is unhelpful and last night I ended up taking it off

I think I know what you’re looking for:
1. Press and Hold the LEFT button.
2. Depending on how you have your Ionic setup, you may need to slide to the left to access the RIGHT screen.
3. SCREEN WAKE, should be visible and available for you to set!
4. Short Press the LEFT button to return to your Clock Face.
Hope this helped and keep on STEPPING!

You will find the GPS setting in your EXERCISE App. Once you open that, go to the Exercise you want to use and access the setup icon (top left corner). In this area, scroll down till you locate the GPS option.
Hope this helped and keep on STEPPING!
