i deleted my fitbit ionic from my account and not i cant get it to work, it is saying unlock with your phone

Welcome to the Community @mccann101! I appreciate the details that you've mentioned. This error usually appears when the PIN has been entered incorrectly 10 times. I would like you to try these steps:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon User-added imageyour device image. 
  2. Tap Device Lock.
  3. Find the option to reset your PIN code. 

If you're still not able to get your Ionic to work after this, please restart it
