my ionic is 6 mths old it will not take a charge?? I tried the pushing 3 buttons to no avail

the red battery symbol is all I get can anyone help me🖖🏻

Hi @Fjw,

 

Sounds like there's a connection issue between the device and the charger.  Are the contacts and pins on both clean?
