How do you turn up the volume on the ionic fitbit and can you spontify or othe free music sources, instead of Pandora.

If while in the music app, if you press and hold the upper button, you'll get music control. There's a volume up/down there. Mostly I just adjust volume from the bluetooth headset.
Pandora only for streaming, currently. That, and any MP3s you load for playing in the Music app.

thank, so I gues that answers my question, only volume with music. Can you answer your phone on the watch. Of us it only a notification? Thank you for responding.

@Superman68, with the Android app, you cannot answer the phone nor reply to messages on the tracker, you can only receive notifications - the iPhone app is supposed to allow you to answer calls, but since I do not have an iPhone I cannot attest to that. Correct that the volume control is only for music - the Ionic does not have a speaker or mic.
