hi 

i had fitbit ionic watch and i used it in the sea for 15m and in the website you wrote in the feature its untill 50m in water 

but my watch now not working after the sea 

why you wrote this feature in the website but in actual its not works

It should work to 50 m. If yours failed after immersion Id suggest you contact Support (link in my signature )

@talal, did you contact Fitbit Support as @NellyG suggested?  If so, what was the resolution?
