won't swipe . Its stuck on the hour screen

I purchased the watch on black Friday. A week later after using it on my Third day of being attached to my  wrist the right side of the band snip off and my watch landed  in flat concrete floor in my job cafeteria. I was waiting  for a ionic  protectertor cover in the due time so this would not happened. But unfortunately  I now have a cracked ionic that I waited for b.friday and paid about $240 plus  the 2 year warranty for basicly  nothing and in the beginning after being craked it did slide . Worked fine but  Now it does not do anything than give me the time . Help please .

If you paid with credit card, you might want to see if they are able to offer you anything to help.
