yesterday GPS and bluetooth failed many times

My Ionic has been working great, with GPS and Bluetooth connections solid as a rock. Yesterday on my 15k (which I have run before with no GPS or Bluetooth interruption at all), it lost GPS for as little as a few minutes up to 20-30 minutes in one stretch and lost the Bluetooth connection multiple times.

 

Is this a sign that the radio module in my Fitbit is going faulty? I'm pretty sure I'm out of any warranty, and want to know if there is any diagnostic or stress test I can do.

Hi @CanadaGuy,

 

Would you by any chance own an Android phone?  I'm seeing a ticker across the top of my screen saying there's a problem that Fitbit is experiencing with Android phones at the moment.

 

If not. I would contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page) right away.
